At our attractions, the safety and enjoyment of our guests is our top priority. As many of our experiences are outdoor-based, weather conditions can occasionally affect certain activities. To ensure everyone still has a great experience, the following wet weather policy applies.

How We the Handle Weather
Light to Moderate Rain
Our attraction will generally remain open during light rain and typical weather conditions. Many guests still enjoy visiting during these times, and several parts of the experience remain fully operational. Even if weather affects some activities, other areas continue to operate.
Inflatables May Close
For safety reasons, inflatable attractions may temporarily close during.
- High winds (approx. 35 km/h or higher)
- Heavy rain
- Storm activity
Our team monitors conditions closely and reopens attractions as soon as it is safe to do so.
Severe Weather
In the event of severe weather or storms, the attraction may temporarily close or suspend operations for safety reasons. If a full closure occurs, guests will be offered a return visit on an alternative date.

Complimentary Return Pass
If weather conditions significantly impact your visit, guests
may request a complimentary return pass to visit again on
another day. Return passes are offered at the discretion of
management when weather has clearly affected the overall
experience.
No Refund Policy
As the attraction remains open in most weather conditions, tickets are generally non-refundable. Instead of refunds, we offer complimentary return visits so guests can enjoy the full experience at a later date.
